Valitana Partners with Dealscribe

Valitana LLC, one of the leading solution providers for the CLO investment community, announced today that it has partnered with Dealscribe to incorporate information parsed from CLO indentures into its flagship CLO analytics and workflow platform, Valitana Analytics.

Dealscribe, founded by Mike Peterson, focuses on extracting valuable terms from trustee reports, indentures, and other legal agreements through a mix of machine learning and analyst review. They extract key data points, allowing users to easily review and compare standardized terms across deals. "Investors constantly tell us how important it is for CLO deal rules to be integrated into their systems," said Mike Peterson. Users of Valitana Analytics will have access to a select set of data points complementary with their service. Common customers of both platforms will be able to see all Dealscribe data points within their Valitana Analytics accounts.
